Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade or pause with one message and we’ll adjust your next bill.
Are taxes included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.
What if my pet is nervous?
We’ll go slowly. Your first visit is short and calm, and you can stay with them if it helps.
Is there a family discount?
Yes. Each extra pet in your home gets 10% off their plan.
Tell us about your pet and we’ll sort the rest. First visit comes with a free treat and a very good boy or girl sticker.
