How do I book an appointment?
Use any “Book a visit” button, call us or pop in. Most first visits can be booked within the same week.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your visit with no fee. Just send us a quick message.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring vaccination records and your pet’s favourite blanket or toy. We provide everything else.
What services do you offer?
Grooming, vet checkups, daycare, dog walking, nutrition plans and cosy boarding for dogs and cats.
Do you treat all types of pets?
Dogs and cats are our specialty. For other small pets, we’ll point you to a trusted specialist.
Is emergency care available?
Our vets are on call late every day. If it’s urgent, we’ll help you reach 24/7 emergency care nearby.
Can I visit my pet during a stay?
Of course, by appointment. Most families prefer the daily photo and webcam updates.
What about medication?
We’re happy to give medication on request. Just leave clear written instructions.
What if my pet gets homesick?
We follow your pet’s routine, add extra cuddles and call you if they need a little more comfort.
Tell us about your pet and we’ll sort the rest. First visit comes with a free treat and a very good boy or girl sticker.
